Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

With original tags and packaging intact

Free from any stains, perfume, or damage

Note: Returns are not accepted on innerwear, accessories, or items marked as Final Sale.
Exchange Policy

Size or style not working out? You can request an exchange for another size of the same product (subject to availability).

If the size is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit or initiate a return as per your preference.
Refunds

Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

For COD orders, we offer store credit or UPI refunds upon return approval.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Email us at support@fairleaf.in with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.

We’ll arrange for a reverse pickup (where serviceable) or guide you through self-shipping.
Reverse Pickup & Shipping Charges

We offer free reverse pickup in select pin codes.

In other cases, customers may need to ship the item to our return address at their own cost.
