Return & Exchange Policy

At Fairleaf, we want you to love what you wear. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.

 Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn and unwashed

    • With original tags and packaging intact

    • Free from any stains, perfume, or damage

Note: Returns are not accepted on innerwear, accessories, or items marked as Final Sale.

 Exchange Policy

  • Size or style not working out? You can request an exchange for another size of the same product (subject to availability).

  • If the size is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit or initiate a return as per your preference.

 Refunds

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • For COD orders, we offer store credit or UPI refunds upon return approval.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Email us at support@fairleaf.in with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.

  3. We’ll arrange for a reverse pickup (where serviceable) or guide you through self-shipping.

 Reverse Pickup & Shipping Charges

  • We offer free reverse pickup in select pin codes.

  • In other cases, customers may need to ship the item to our return address at their own cost.
